BPA's competitive bidding solution

BPA has its own proprietary e-procurement system called Chameleon.  This sophisticated portal manages the competitive sourcing of product from our supplier panel. 

Through detailed categorisation of the print panel, matching their capabilities to the required print and production type, the right group of printers competitively bid on every job to achieve the best available market price. Specifications are automatically emailed to print panel suppliers who then respond with their competitive quotes. All responses are reviewed by the Account Manager who then forwards the quote to the Client detailing the lowest print cost within the required delivery timeline.

Quotes

All jobs are quoted on BPA's online Chameleon system, enabling fast turnaround. Most quotes are submitted back to clients within 10 business hours of briefing, often faster.  If the job is more complex a quote can take longer to ensure we obtain the best available price.
