BPA can manage client's DM campaigns from the printing through to lodgement.  Our account managers are experienced in direct mail to pinpoint potential areas for cost savings.  This looks at variables like size, shape, stock weights and types, ink and text coverage as well as the mail format used.

As with the printers, no one individual mail house supplier has the ability to meet all requirements in a cost effective way.  BPA's mail house panel consists of specialty mail suppliers as well as a number of digital suppliers with variable personalised mail ability. All these suppliers have different equipment and capability.

BPA mail house suppliers all have digital equipment.  However depending on the job and timing it is often more cost effective to have the mail piece printed by an appropriate offset or digital printer and then couriered to the mail house for mailing. Thereby Clients benefit from our competitive tendering process and matching the job to the most cost efficient equipment in order
to ensure the best competitive market rates are achieved.

BPA can manage all direct mail campaigns, from simple letters,
self-mailers to impact mail (involving die cut or special envelopes) and any speciality personalisation requirements. We work closely with our envelope suppliers to ensure that envelopes meet Australia Post requirements and mail house equipment compatibility. This can involve conducting test runs to ensure no issues arise during production runs.
