BPA will ensure that open and effective communication exists between all parties in order to achieve the best outcome for our Client. Our Account Managers have strong day to day working relationships with our suppliers in order to quickly address any quality issues.
Resolution of issues can involve many aspects, from reprints to commercial settlement. Your Account Manager will work through this with all parties.
BPA maintains as issue register for all Clients and Suppliers. This document forms part of our ongoing quarterly supplier review process and is an important element in terms of assessing continuing supplier accreditation.
