      -          Orders that exceed 1 skid must be packed on a standard size pallet
      -          BPA DOES NOT ACCEPT CHEP PALLETS
      -          BPA DOES NOT NORMALLY CARRY A SUPPLY OF PALLETS. IF PALLETS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUPPLIED BY BPA,
                 A WEEKS NOTICE PRIOR TO DELIVERY IS REQUIRED.
      -          Pallet height must not exceed 1100mm
      -          Carton weight must not exceed 15kg
      -          Clean documentation must accompany the goods clearly stating, Quantity, Item Code, Product Name, Supplier, Number of cartons, Client
      -          Cartons must be clearly marked with Client, Brand/Group, Description, Code, Box quantity/Bundle quantity
      -          All cartons must contain the same quantity, odds & overs must be clearly marked and packed on top of the skid/pallet
      -          If part deliveries are made then the paperwork must reflect this
      -          Damaged or dangerous pallets/skids will not be accepted
      -          One product per carton
      -          Pallets/skids must be securely wrapped
      -          Deliveries to reception will not be accepted

If the above guidelines are not met BPA reserves the right to reject deliveries.
